Based in Canterbury, Gwen was born in Toronto, Canada and moved to the UK in 2004. With an Honours degree in Art and Art History and an MAFA from the Chelsea College of Art, Gwen exhibits her work extensively. Exhibition venues have recently included the Sidney Cooper Gallery, the Mile End Pavilion and the Margate Harbour Arm Gallery. She also has work nationally and internationally in private collections. Her work has received numerous awards including Highly Commended by the R.W.A. 

‘The act of accumulation of multiples into a collection is a recurrent theme in my work. I am fascinated by the collection of objects. I explore this as an analogy to the containment and preservation of nature. The execution of my work varies. My disciplines include painting, print, and multimedia installations.'
